Images taken with a fast shutter speed are usually capturing a still image that has no noise or clear movement. A fast shutter speed is usually used when capturing an action shot of someone during a sporting event or when they are training. For example, the images I took above had a shutter speed of 1/200 to ensure there was no blur of movement.
